He's was great. Took his time to explain which made me comfortable. Highly recommended.
Dr. Ficazzola and his staff were professional and very efficient.
Dr Ficazzola acted the way a professional should. He is wvaluating my problem and ordered some blood work to see causes. Office staff was wonderful.
I came to see Dr. Ficazzola to get a prescription for ED. The appointment went well enough and his bedside manner was pretty good. He was well informed and I thought this went well overall. Then the bad news occured. I got a prescription for a drug that rhymes with Niagra Falls and did not get the preauthorization. Now, for 6 pills that drug can run you hundreds of bucks . I had to fight with my insurance and contacting the doctor to get help was an absolute nightmare!! This guy hides better than witness protection program. The sad part is I ended up going online ot another doctor and getting a prescription for a generic version of that drug. I spent less on the generic than I did on the copay to see him!! I guess my real problem other than trying to contact him was the fact that we did not talk about the generic version and the fact that it was so much cheaper.
Very professional, once I left the waiting room.
He was fine. Kind of. I liked him until he called me 20 minutes after I left saying "wait you should get an ultrasound." Why wasn't this discussed when we were in the office before I was back at work? I found that very unprofessional and frustrating. I also wander around the office a lot, no one really guided me or discharged me or let me know when it was ready to leave or move on. Plus I had to remind them to call the pharmacy because they tried once, got a busy fax and gave up. Overall the office is not run well. I do not see myself going back there.
Dr. Ficazzola was friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to meet with. His office staff was friendly as well, but I waited for 60+ mins for a total time speaking with the doctor of 10mins- that seems wrong to me.
8:45 appointment. Seen at 10:15. 90 minutes behind schedule 45 minutes into the day is unacceptable. While the doctor was nice enough, I will never go back.
Front staff and Dr. Ficazzola were very helpful, easy to talk to and attentive. The wait time was a little longer than expected, especially considering I had a 8:45AM appointment and arrived 15 minutes early, but overall I was happy with my visit. Thank you!
Great dr, will use again.
He's very knowledgable and takes the time for each patient.
very kind and professional.
A bit hurried as he tried to get to his next patient but overal hes professional and thorough.
You have to follow up with receptionist for feedback. They should call you when they have results instead of me calling multiple times a week.
I didn't wait at all to see doctor and the doctor and staff were very efficient and friendly
Amazing Doctor, had my Vasectomy in his office and it was pretty seamless. Highly recommended.
The staff was very nice and so was the Doctor. The only annoying thing was that none of my data via ZocDoc was transferring to their office so I had to fill out many forms, and then do it again on one of their own pad computers. And then I had to repeat everything to the doctor's assistant as to why I was there, and then repeat it again to the doctor himself. Total of four times during one visit, even though everything was already in my ZocDoc profile.
Front desk staff was very friendly and efficient, nurse was extremely kind, Dr. was thorough and efficient and very friendly. He was knowledgeable and respectful. I definitely recommend this practice.
Office was clean and professional. Most equipment was updated including their EHR. Intake was taken on a tablet which was very user friendly and efficient. Doctor was very pleasant and courteous. Answered all my questions promptly and was very open about my treatment choices. Highly recommend.
The level of attention to detail and professionalism was first rate. As a new patient I was very impressed with the entire experience.
