I booked an appointment for a yearly physical and had a very positive, overall great experience. From check-in to sitting in the exam room with the doctor, everything was smooth and well organized. The staff was friendly and professional, and the doctor made the visit comfortable and efficient. I would definitely recommend this office.

I was very pleased with the experience and I liked the Dr. that I chose, however I was told that coming January the office will no longer accept my insurance and that broke my heart because it is so difficult to find a Dr. that one can be comfortable with and now I will find myself in search of a Dr. all over again.

The doctor was extremely professional and a great listener. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
However, I will not be going back or recommend using Optum medical, after your visit if for any reason you need to reach out to the office it will be a pain to get in contact with anyone. I’ve tried using the website to message and calling and after 3 weeks I am still waiting on an update on my prescription, the wait would be fine but the lack of communication is a problem.
