“Overall, the wait time was longer than anticipated. I understand because the Doctor did not rush me as a patient.
What bothered me was my clover leaf insurance clearly stated that if a specialist is in Network, which he is, the copay is 10.00. They charged me 20.00.
I brought it to the attention of the receptionist and she disagreed. Rather than argue, I paid the 20.00. But rightfully, I should have a 10.00 credit on my account. I will contact my insurance carrier.
