HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR BOTOX!! I have had several Botox procedures with Dr. Patin and have been completely satisfied with every experience. The staff is very friendly and I have never had a problem with making an appointment, even at last minute. Dr. Patin takes time to answer all your questions and concerns and the cost is VERY affordable. It would be definitely worth taking the trip to one of his offices if you do not live nearby.

The wait was rather short mainly because there were not much patients. I was there to see doctor for a skin condition, his bedside manner wasn't the greatest but bearable. The receptionist seems not really knowing what she was doing. The office gives a dark and gloomy feeling.

I have been to Dr. Patin twice now and both times, he's been extremely nice and personable. I would definitely recommend him if you live in the area of Bensonhurst.

I hate the moment that I visit this Dr.,he told me that he can't do nothing because it is Saturday and he only works for emergency cases on this day
and also because his nurse wasn't there to help him. Simply i waste my time when i went there.

After my diagnosis, I was very anxious going into the appointment and brought my boyfriend with me. We just wanted straight answers about the diagnosis. We couldn't get one: he kept explaining what we already knew over and over to us in a condescending and almost amused manner. He blamed me for not calling ahead so that he could set up the microscope he needed for my procedure (I had done this - his office dropped the ball). He didn't even have my diagnostic report with him - he had to have it faxed from a different office. It turns out that he gave me a less serious diagnosis over the phone than the report actually illustrated. In short, he made me even more scared. My appointment ended abruptly because, after all this my boyfriend wouldn't let the guy touch me. My advice: he's an okay doctor if all you need is an antibiotic, but stay away if it's anything serious.

After confirming my appointment this morning, the Dr.'s office called me to let me know the Dr. was too busy today to see me. I could come tomorrow. However, I was already on my way, and I needed a consent form filled out by tomorrow at noon. I was persistent,and they told me to come in. When I arrived, there was only one other patient there, and one person waiting when I left?? Also, the staff spoke in their native language to one another the whole time I was there. The Dr. was pleasant, wait time was only around 15-20 minutes, and I got what I needed.

He was very good and helped me quickly, I just didn't like how he left the door open during my visit. I would have preferred to be in the room with the nurse and the doctor but everyone passing in the hall made me a bit uncomfortable. Other than that I'd still go back for another appointment.

I was very sick over the weekend. I went to see Dr. Patin. He was very knowledgeable. He took time with me to understand what my symptoms were and how long I had them. Answered all my questions. Meds worked and I am feeling much better. He has Saturday hours!!

I will never recommend this office to anyone!!!! Unless you are not Russian you are treated like crap!! I waited for an hour while pts who were friends with the Dr were seen first!! It was a complete waste of time, I was irate when I left that stupid office because they were unbelievably rude, unprofessional, the nurse was wearing sandals and an almost see thru top when she was coming out to get the patients, besides myself. Worst EVER!!!!!!!!

Completed appt today on july 11 2012. the wait time was quick and Dr resolved my issues quickly. Easy to obtain an appointment and he took care of my issue at the office within a couple of hours on the same day. I am a new patient. He was friendly.
