Firstly, the appointment booked on Zocdoc was not available at the office so they rescheduled my appointment. Annoying, but I find that happens often with Zocdoc so I can't say whether that's Zocdoc's fault or the doctor's office.
The real issue, however, is that my son was diagnosed with a skin condition and given a list of treatment options. I did a bit of research and found that a very common ointment is used as a treatment that the doctor failed to mention and was far less invasive and painful than the options the doctor gave. When I called to request a prescription for the ointment, I never received a call back. I called again two days later and spoke with someone at the front desk who said that they received my message and the doctor was was 'getting to it.' Four days after my second call I called a THIRD time and as of yet, no prescription, no confirmation phone call, no call or email to communicate whatsoever. Clearly this doctor doesn't find it within the scope of his position to follow up with patients after they leave his office. As a parent with two kids schooling from home currently and working a full-time job as well, I find it condescending and offensive that my time is not valued at all. If you want to be thoroughly ignored and forgotten by the doctor and his staff immediately upon leaving the exam room, by all means, book an appointment with this guy.

Very poor communication between the nurse and her doctor. There is always a huge delay in information to patient and nurse is completely unprofessional and incompetent. Took over 6 weeks just to get a prescription due to misinformation from nurse

Dr Radonich was very thorough with the skin check and it was a super quick visit even with having to do a biopsy on a mole. His bedside manner was also very friendly and he was very thorough with the procedure explanation.
