I've been going to Dr. Strongin for years. Great bedside manner and thorough exams and follow up for any issues that arise. The wait is usually better -- today was almost an hour.

I have been a practicing obstetrician and gynecologist on the Upper East Side of Manhattan since 1977. I am currently the Director of Gynecology at Lenox Hill Hospital and Vice Chairman of the OB/GYN Department at Lenox Hill Hospital.
I Trained at Cornell and New York Hospital, I have held teaching positions at Cornell Medical Center and am now the Assistant Clinical Professor of OB/GYN at Suny Downstate.
My gynecological expertise includes treatment of fibroids, ovarian cysts, abnormal bleeding, pap-smear problems, and post-menopausal issues. I am skilled in surgical management of ovarian cysts, fibroids, and perform advanced laparoscopic procedures as well as traditional abdominal and vaginal operations.
In addition, general obstetrical care remains a passion. I have wonderful partners, and as a group our goal is to maintain the highest level of care rendered in a personalized and professional manner.
