“Excellent bedside manner and professional treatment. However the receptionists don’t receive the ZocDoc check-in data and thus I had to fill out all paper work manually which took 20min. There is clearly room for improvement for the check-in process. Everything else was excellent.”

Great staff and the doctor took his time to go over my symptoms. I went for a second opinion and it was what I need it.
Michael was friendly and professional. His testing and diagnosis was quick. The waiting time was also very reasonable.

First time I had to wait; not a problem. He answers questions, knows his patients, and is worth waiting for.

I was taken care of by Dr. Munyak not Dr. Mizhititsky who removed water from my knee. Madeline W

It was a good experience but I don't know of any follow up visits aside from doing physical therapy.
I saw Dr. Keppel instead, but she was extremely knowledgeable and I would highly recommend

Every seat in the waiting room was filled and the office seemed exceedingly busy. After arriving 5-10 minutes early for my appointment, I waited an additional 49 minutes from the time of my scheduled appointment until the time I went into the room. Once in the room, I waited another 5-10 minutes for the doctor. The doctor asked/confirmed that I got his name from zocdoc, in a slightly discrediting/disparaging regard (as if zocdoc was less reputable than had I been referred by another physician, for instance). After a couple of initial questions/comments, Dr. Mizhiritsky asked that I get an x-ray and then instead of him revealing the results, he asked that I go to a "sister office" 30 blocks South for another doctor (who just started today) to read my results to me. I paid my co-pay for Dr. Mizhiritsky. Once I arrived at the second "sister" office, I was charged an additional co-pay! The second doctor admitted it was his first name on the job, and yet I felt his bedside manner was incredibly professional in relation to Dr. Mizhiritsky's.

Bait and switch with my insurance. On ZD they claim to be in and they are actually out! Also appointment times don’t actually correlate to ZocDoc appointment times. I booked 215pm and they called and told me the only availability was 1230pm. The doctor was better than the admin. Experience!
No waiting time, the people at the front desk were very cordial. My visit with the Dr. was brief but his diagnosis was accurate as confirmed when I went to physical therapy at his recommendation.

Treatment: The doctor was professional and seemed to be very knowledgeable when it came to diagnosing my problem. The medicine he prescribed is working very well. However, when I asked the doctor a few questions about my issue, he asked me rhetorical questions rather than trying to answer. It felt like he genuinely didn't care about what I (patient) thought, and wanted me out of there as soon as possible. Logistics: I went to the Hoboken office. The front desk lady named L**ra who I interacted with was probably one of the worst and incapable front desk persons that I have ever dealt with in my life. 1. She made me run around 3 times from pharmacy to the doctor's office. She kept telling that the prescriptions would be sent to the pharmacy within few minutes, but wasn't sent. She gave lame excuses that someone was working on the computer, the other guy who has to sign off is not available, they have lot of patients, etc. 2. She did not provide me the details of physical therapy which the doctor mentioned she would. She just handed some brochures and business cards, and told me to call the numbers. When I asked her for additional info, she was rolling her eyes. Then, she got up from her chair and started talking to herself. In general, she seemed unhappy with the work that she was doing. I hope the doctor's office looks into this behavior of hers.
I had no problem with Dr. Mizhiritsky, but the office was so overcrowded, unorganized, and many of the staff were very stressed out and rude towards patients. There were very little room for seating, so most people were standing in the waiting room including some insured/old patients. I got what I needed done, but I wouldn't go back if I can avoid it.

This was my first time seeing this doctor and I just loved the way he explain what should be done with problems. He took his time to examine me and he was just different from other doctors I had in my past.

I was very happy with my visit. I was first seen by a PA who was excellent. She was very throrough, knew was she was doing/talking about and very personable! She communicated the information to Dr. Mizhiritzky so that he knew what my issue was upon entering the room. He provided feedback and immediate recommendations along with medication and a script for PT. I also had X-rays done immediately following my appointment in the office.

I have been his patient for over four years. He is compassionate, he listens, and he really goes the extra mile for patients' well-being. The office staff is extremely friendly as well. Each visit is a pleasure.
I went to Dr. Mizhiritsky for the first time this week and I have to say I was quite impressed with the level of care. Having so many residual injuries from my sports-playing days, I've visited many sports medicine and rehabilitation doctors in NYC. None of the experiences I have had even came close to my experience at New York Bone and Joint. The whole experience was great great - from the time I made the appointment, to when I was greeted very nicely in the office by the front desk, to when the Dr. and his PA Chris actually saw me. I only found out about Dr. Mizhiritsky because I had very successful physical therapy at their affiliated PT facility, All Sports PT. I had seen his name in the office and now I'm really glad that I did. Everyone made me feel right at home and I can't recommend these guys enough!!! =)

He's personable with "some" patients, mostly male in my observation. He was aloof, officious, condescending, and cool towards me. I won't return and as a professional health care advocate I couldn't recommend his services. Kudos goes to his practice support staff who are diverse, warm, and friendly.
He provided no solution or treatment for the issue I was hoping he would be able to address. I paid my insurance co-pay and then was surprised when I received bills from his office for services not rendered.
Very thoughtful and helpful, was patient and explained my condition well. The staff was very friendly as well, but there was a long wait to get in.
I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Mizhiritsky and all of the staff I dealt with in my visit today to New York Bone and Joint Specialists. I went for an ongoing issue I've had with a herniated disc in my neck because I was getting nowhere with my other specialist elsewhere in NYC, and the doctor really showed an interest in my situation and the pain I was going through. He spent time with me in my exam and I never got that feeling of being rushed that I've had so many other places in the past. He gave me some helpful tips on how to ease the pain in the immediate future, as well as some goals he would like me to meet in the longer term. The staff was kind and considerate and always seemed to go the extra mile to make sure my visit to their office was a great experience all around. I've been to this practice in the past for another orthopedic issue and I would highly recommend Dr. Mizhiritsky and all of the doctors at New York Bone and Joint Specialists.
Condescending and closed minded.
Quick and thorough.
Personable. Listened to my concerns
