Went to get a vaccination. Arrived at 6:15 for a 6:30 appointment. Staff told me they are a walk-in facility and only use ZocDoc to advertise. I was seen at 6:40 by a nurse and then Dr. Lee. Everyone there was friendly, informative, and professional. Great customer service overall.
The facility looked really clean, sunny, and new and had up-to-date technology (they checked my oxygen level with some electronic device).
Overall, no need to make an appointment here. You can walk right in and be seen quickly. I would definitely recommend this place and/or return in the future.

Dr. Michelle Brosnan has always been a New Yorker, and so it is fitting that she has joined the CityMD practice. She received her Bachelor's degree from Fordham University, graduating cum laude. She then went on to pursue her medical degree at New York Medical College. She completed her preliminiary year of internal medicine at Saint Vincent's Catholic Medical Center in Manhattan and then completed her training in Emergency Medicine at Long Island Jewish Medical Center. In her final year of residency, she was given the honor of being chief resident.
Dr. Brosnan has gained extensive experience caring for children and adults by working in various emergency rooms on Long Island. She knows the importance of the patient experience, and thus was a member of various committees that worked to improve patient care and safety.
Dr. Brosnan lives on Long Island with her husband and two dogs. In her spare time, she enjoys jogging, reading, and working with various charitable organizations. Over the past two years, she has raised thousands of dollars for cancer research as a participant for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's Team in Training and she is also an active member of the transport team for the French Bulldog Rescue Network.

My appt was at an urgent care. The receptionist to me this was bc she uses Zocdoc as "marketing" to show that she also practices emergency medicine. This is false advertising and wildly in appropriate. This isn't a manicure, its a medical doctor visit and you should take yourself off this service if you are going to behave like this.

I went to go see Michelle Brosnan and it ended up being one of those City Medical Centers or something. I had a random doctor who I wasn't interested in seeing. I got done what I needed which was good but they clearly use a pretty lady doctor to lure you into a center versus a private practice.

This is not a real primary care doctor's office. This is a City MD walk-in clinic location. When I arrived here they apologized to me and said that they just use ZocDoc for advertising.

I would recommend this office if you know what you are doing in for and what type of antibiotics you need. I would not recommend if you are going in with symptoms looking for a diagnosis. I almost question if the nurse and doctor I saw had more training that just reading up on WebMD.

This was my first time here and I couldn't be happier with my experience! Super friendly, efficient staff. No BS. Was in and out in approximately 20 minutes (but didn't feel rushed)...unheard of! Will be back for sure.

This is quite possibly one of the worst doctor's offices I have ever been to....
I went in for a routine check up and none of the medical professionals informed me that this was a "urgent care" facility. Why would anyone in their right mind pay an obnoxiously high co-pay for a standard physical?
I wish one of the professionals there would have tipped me off and let me know that this was an unnecessary visit.
Also, for me to have to come back in to get my blood tests results is a bit ridiculous as well. A simple over-the-phone conversation should be sufficient enough.
The doctor(s) and professionals; however, were very pleasant. So that was good....

I was seen very fast, I had what I thought was a horrible cold. I wasn't questioned quite enough. Nice doctor. But I think I may of had more than just a cold, and ended up having to return to my general doctor a couple weeks down the line to find out my glands were swollen. But for an a quick visit this was better than going to a hospital.

The doctors were very professional and courteous. ONE MAJOR THING TO NOTE: This is not a general practitioner. This is a walk-in clinic. While they will do standard physicals and basic medicine they do not replace a regular doctor. The appointments are treated like anyone else walking in and taken in order.
