Very good (better than I expected) and yes I would recommend to a friend. All of the caregiver's staff and office workers were friendly and helpful, personable and professional, knowledgeable and efficient. The doctor was warm, kind reassuring, empathetic, a good listener and highly engaged in connecting with me for my betterment. She let me make choices and offered positive feedback as well as constructive options for me to be better informed about the state of my health. Everyone I encountered at her office helped me feel comfortable about being there.

Wonderful experience. I've never had a consistent PCP because I found it challenging to see a doctor that was open, honest, and someone that made me feel comfortable. Dr. Balaescu is thorough and welcoming, and she explains everything in great detail and has a calming presence.
I look forward to having her as my PCP going forward.

Very hard to find a normal doctor's office in New York (maybe in all of America). At least this office gets the job done. Check in, get the service, get out, insurance EOB comes months later and hope it does not bankrupt you (which is the usual dystopian America problem; can't avoid this anywhere).

Dr. Balaescu is one of the best doctors I've seen in a while (or ever)! Her office was empty and staff was nice. There was almost no wait to see her (although this was in November of COVID-19 pandemic, so maybe office was emptier than it would be in normal times). While I was with Dr. Balaescu she had a friendly and positive demeanor and answered all of my questions with care and detail. This was only my first visit, but I had such a great experience and am so happy to have found a doctor I actually look forward to seeing for my annual wellness visit!
