I think you is a fantastic doctor gets straight to point, and gets the ball rolling, but does a really bad job at getting back to me, have been trying to contact her for the last month no responses . It’s frustrating when you can’t get proper treatment because your doctor can’t seem to return a phone call.

Dr. Galica was great. She really seemed to care for me and immediately assessed my issue and gave me a solution. Didn't waste time while making sure every single question I had was answered. I can say the same about the medical assistant!! It was like having a talk with someone who has you as their best interest. Loved everything about my visit. Dr Vladutiu has been my primary care doctor for a very long time. She has a wonderful bedside manner, a genuine kindness and an outstanding understanding of one’s problems, always pinning the right diagnosis right away. Her office staff is friendly and obliging. When you go to the office, you always feel welcome. They are always helpful with accommodating your appointments, renewing your prescriptions without delay, filling out forms in a timely fashion when you need them. Dr. Vladutiu and her staff make the visit to doctor’s office a relaxed and very pleasant experience.

Based on my symptoms other routes could’ve been taken such as blood work or H. Pylori test. Instead I was asked questions and was sent to do an EGD with biopsy within 10 minutes into my appointment.

I was a bit disappointed with my visits. I had to have an endoscopy and I waited 40 minutes in a room connected to machines before the dr came in and was left alone. When I went in to get my results she told me what was wrong however she barely gave me a plan to follow or explained much about the condition. I was supposed to go back 6 months later to make sure the problem was resolved but I did not feel as though she was very thorough so I went to another doctor.

First, the office stinks and the front desk was not professional. The girls were having personal chit chat while I stood directly in front of them without being acknowledged.
Second, I was shocked that she did not touch me in any way during my "exam".
Third, I was prescribed medication that is known to require pre-certification and I had to follow up 3 times before my insurance denied the claim. Then she prescribed another medication that also was denied. When I spoke to my pharmacist she told me both medications always require pre-cert and she had never seen a case where both were denied. She said the doctor must not know what she is doing. I am cancelling my colonoscopy and going to someone else!

Dr. seemed to be in a huge rush and was very quick to schedule a procedure without confirming the issue first. The office staff were terribly unprofessional and having loud personal conversations in front of full waiting room. The bathroom was absolutely FILTHY I've been to cleaner Mobile stations. I will never return to this Dr again.

Very Long waits, Dr. is in rush and even without telling me she asked the nurse to step in and stayed there during my hemorrhoid check, not comfortable office, too cold. Also right away she was insisting that I make an operation even so I didn't need to.
Office keep sending me a Copay bill even so I paid it cash on the day of the appt.

She was thorough and super efficient. I went to another gastroenterologist previously and he was not at all helpful as she was. I really recommend her. Her nurse (or assistant?) was so pleasant as well!
