I've been irritated and frustrated with past care i've received from other doctors. Dr. Patel acknowledged my frustration and shared that he could not promise to solve everything, but he is willing to try to help if he can. He also was honest and shared that I could seek other help if needed as well. I'm hopeful that he can be of help to me. I am also happy that his office is really close to my home too. ”

About Dr. Milan Patel
Dr. Milan Patel earned his undergraduate degree in public health at The Ohio State University and his medical degree at the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency in family medicine at Kettering Health Dayton (Ohio).
Dr. Patel, who has been in practice since 2020, is board certified in family medicine and osteopathic manipulative treatment. He treats patients of all ages and is fluent in Gujarati.
One of Dr. Patel’s key clinical interests is preventive medicine such as finding and treating common conditions such as hypertension, high cholesterol and diabetes before they get out of hand. He also treats patients for a wide range of other primary care conditions.
His approach to care focuses on collaborative effort and shared decision making to provide the best care possible. Dr. Milan was amazing. I felt comfortable immediately. My appointment went by very quickly and I didn’t feel rushed at all. He listened and answered all my questions and concerns. He explained things in a very polite manner and made things easy to understand. He’ll be my new pcp going forward. His MA Chanel was nice as well.

I decided to switch PCPs because my previous one was not personable and it felt like I was just a number to mark off for the day.
