What should a new client know about working with you?
We aim to make care accessible and stress-free. You’ll complete intake forms via the Zocdoc portal before your first appointment. We don’t collect payment upfront—any copay, deductible, or insurance balance will be settled after your claim is processed. We provide a respectful, judgment-free space and are here to support your goals.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Our process starts with a thorough video-based intake session to understand your background, concerns, and what you’re looking for.
Once intake forms are received, we schedule your visit in our CHARM calendar. A secure Zoom link will be available through your CHARM portal. During your visit, we work together on a care plan tailored to your needs, making adjustments based on your progress and feedback.
After your initial visit, we will provide lab orders (through Quest) that must be completed within 30 days. Updated labs are essential for monitoring your health, adjusting treatment if needed, and ensuring accurate care planning. By booking with us, you agree to complete these labs as part of your care.
