About Dr. Ming Zhong
Ming Zhong, MD, is an interventional cardiologist at NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Group Queens and an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Weill Cornell Medicine. He is board certified in cardiovascular disease, interventional cardiology, echocardiography, and nuclear cardiology. Dr. Zhong's research has been published in medical journals, including Current Treatment Options in Cardiovascular Medicine, Journal of Thoracic Disease, and Arteriosclerosis, Thrombosis and Vascular Biology. He has presented his work at scientific sessions of the American College of Cardiology and the Society of Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions, where he holds memberships. He is also a member of the American Heart Association and a diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine.
Dr. Zhong earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. He completed his residency in internal medicine at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He then pursued fellowships in clinical cardiology and interventional cardiology at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center.

Doctor Zhong is very nice and patient. He tries to get a full medical background and ensure necessary test results are up to date. He holds others accountable as well. He is a good doctor. I travel out of my neighborhood to see him. The clinic is also very clean and the technology is always improving to make it easier for the patient to confirm appointments etc.
