About Dr. Mireille Blanchette Desrosiers
Dr. Blanchette is originally from Canada and completed her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree at the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières (UQTR). After four years, she graduated in 2009 and worked for one year in a private practice in Trois-Rivières. Her desire to become a surgeon motivated her move to the United States.
In 2010, she relocated to Manhattan and completed the fourth year of podiatry school at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine, where she received specialized surgical training. During her residency at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, she underwent extensive surgical training and served as chief resident in her final year. She is well versed in all areas of podiatric care, including surgery of the foot, rearfoot, and ankle.
Before establishing her own practice, Dr. Blanchette served the Princeton area for seven years in an orthopedic group. She decided to venture out on her own to be closer to home and better serve her community.
Dr. Blanchette is triple board certified, holding certifications from the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (ABFAS), the American Board of Podiatric Medicine (ABPM), and the American Board of Wound Management (ABWM). She is fluent in both French and English and has hospital privileges at Penn Medicine Princeton Health in Plainsboro, NJ, as well as Overlook Medical Center in Summit.
Prior to her podiatric education, she completed studies in Natural Sciences at Cégep de Matane. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, son, twin girls, and their adorable dog.

Very friendly office staff & easy to make an appointment. Office is clean with sufficient parking in the parking lot.
Dr Blanchette gives a thorough exam. She explains the diagnosis & treatment in a way that is easy to understand.
I would definitely recommend her to anyone who has a problem with their feet. The reviews you see are definitely true. She’s a five-star podiatrist!

I chose this podiatrist after looking at all the wonderful reviews about the practice. My issue was not an emergency at all, however
I was able to get an appointment for the same day, which was incredible!
The office was so welcoming. The Dr. Blanchette was extremely thorough and performed a very good exam. She also listened to every word of my long medical history and allergies with concern. I was very impressed as she wants to understand you as a whole person and not just a “foot”!
We discussed the problem I was having, her recommendations & plan of treatment.

I had a great visit at Comprehensive Foot and Ankle Care with Dr. Blanchette. She was very thorough and patient and explained all of my various issues very clearly. Jessica and Kaitlyn were also very kind and helpful. Though I'm not happy to be having foot problems, especially as a sidelined runner, I am happy I found this practice to start my healing journey.

The doctor was awesome! I’ve never had foot issues so I was a bit worried but she had amazing bedside manners. She was very kind and she explained everything. The staff member that assisted me was also very very nice. I checked in and immediately went into the room. I waited maybe 10ish mins for the dr. She answered all my questions (even the dumb ones). So quick and easy to schedule; able to complete new patient paperwork online at home prior to appointment. Once there, Katie, the terrific medical assistant, checked me in, brought me to the exam room, and took my history. I waited about two minutes before Dr. Blanchette entered. She listened, examined my achilles, offered options, and provided laser treatment at my request. She was fabulous! I felt an immediate improvement and look forward to returning for five more laser sessions.
