The Dr was super pleasant and I was seen fairly quickly. However, the front staff individual was not very kind when she was asking me for my insurance details so she could contact my insurance to verify, even though I had completed everything online.

The doctor barely examined my body. I told her I had poison ivy but I had alll these Other rashes on my body she didn’t even get close to. Very nice doctor and nice staff but I would recommend pushing them to examine all your symptoms and don’t leave that office until you get your answers. I would definitely go back, just handle my visit a little differently.

Dr. Lieberman was great! She explained everything clearly with much detail and made me feel comfortable. In the future, it would be great if the office staff could communicate the results of the Verification of Benefits check. I felt blindsided when I arrived and was told there was a 3-figure "new patient fee". I understand that this is related to insurance, but this certainly would have come up during a standard benefits check that's done prior to each appointment. It would have been great to know this information prior to the appointment.

Dr. Lieberman was great. I came for an annual skin check and she talked me through each thing she was looking at. She was friendly, clear, and conversational. I had a questionable mole, which she offered to remove in the same session. Yay, not having to make another appointment and come back!

It had been years since I last saw a dermatologist, and I needed a full skin screening. Office staff was very friendly, and the office is clean and has a fun fish tank in the waiting room. The Dr. communicated very clearly what she was seeing and what would cause certain kinds of spots. She treated a small spot for me and provided a lot of great samples.

I have never left a negative review for any business, let alone a DR's office. I have been to this office multiple times now and each time I have been met with the same unfriendliness and unprofessional practices by the staff. Each time I visited the office, I was met with annoyance and disrespect by the front desk. During and after my visits, I have heard the front desk workers, nurses, and doctors discuss details of my visit, in a gossiping manner, in the reception area in front of other patients. During my last visit, the DR ( not Lieberman) who was assisting a nurse in taking my blood told me that I wasn't their patient and this wasn't their job to do. They told me they were upset with Lieberman for "handing off her work" to them and made multiple condescending and sarcastic comments to me throughout the visit. I tried to give this office the benefit of the doubt but have consistently been disappointed in the care I received. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

The doctor felt like she’s rushing to get through the appointment so it didn’t feel like I learned enough about the diagnosis and treatment even though I asked twice. I would have appreciated if she was more present and focused on what I’m telling & asking. Also I had to wait for about 40 minutes before I was accepted but the receptionist were generally super helpful.

Outstanding! This was my first visit and was seen by Dr. Lieberman. I was seen exactly at my appointment time. The office staff was professional and addressed all of my concerns. Dr. Lieberman spent a good amount of time answering my questions & renewed exactly where and what amount would be needed. I have been to many practices all over the city and this ranks among the finest.

Front desk was a little rude didn’t greet me or look my way. Took in phone calls in the middle of me asking them questions. Dr seemed very rushed so I felt like my concerns weren’t heard. Prescriptions sent to the pharmacy was never sent. Unorganized.

I had procrastinated seeing a dermatologist for way too long and Dr. Lieberman was incredible! She addressed everything from suspicious moles/skin cancer concerns, to acne, to a splinter I couldn’t fully remove 7 months ago. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The office was clean and comfortable.

The office wasn’t the cleanest nor most updated and it took 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time for the doctor to see me. Hard to go to when you’re trying to fit time in during your hour lunch break. I wouldn’t recommend if you have limited time. I also felt very rushed during my appointment which was frustrating considering it was a 45 minute wait on my end.
