As your Primary Care Provider, we believe in the importance of high quality healthcare for everyone, which is accessible and affordable. Together, we partner with you in providing for all of your health care needs, including preventative and wellness strategies as well as managing acute and chronic conditions. As a valued member of the local Raleigh medical community, we have well established relationships with all specialties.
Our team of physicians, physician assistants and family nurse practitioners are board certified in family medicine and work with certified medical assistants to coordinate all aspects of your healthcare. We offer an on-site lab, ultra sound diagnostic and radiology imaging services. When needed, we will refer you to the right specialists or outside facilities.
Located next to Rex hospital, our clinic is easily accessible from the I-40 Beltline situated between the Glenwood Avenue and Lake Boone Trail exits. For emergency and acute care needs, we partner with Rex-UNC, Duke-Raleigh and WakeMed to provide access to your preferred hospital.

My mom, sister, and nephew have been a patient of Dr. Baloch for years...I will never allow my mom to take another doctor's advice unless Dr. Baloch signs off on it. He is professional, personal, and really cares about the wellbeing of his patients. I will cry for a week whenever he retires. My mom's health has been stable because of his recommendations and expertise. He is the best doctor in North Carolina. I would travel 100 miles to his office if I didn't live near by.

The visit was went very well, he was really nice. Afterwards I went to pick up my prescription at the pharmacy and was denied my diabetes test strips. I called the pharmacy and the doctor's office several time to get this straightened out, a week and a half later, I'm still using expired test strips. My medication prescriptions are not a problem but they just can't communicate enough to get me test strips. I should not have to be the go-between for my pharmacy and my doctor.
