“I needed a TB skin test so I scheduled an appointment. I didn’t wait very long and the check in process was relatively quick. The CMA who performed the test seemed nervous and unsure of herself. Somehow she managed to bruise me pretty good. I came back to have it read in two days. A different nurse read it and she commented on how bruised it was. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend it to others.”

I would like to express my concerns regarding my recent experience at urgent care. The provider I seen was nice. The wait time was extremely long—I was there for approximately 5 to 6 hours while I was already in pain.
There was only one person handling patient check-in, and the staff was not very helpful or attentive during the process. I also noticed other patients being seen before me, and at times it appeared that some staff members were taking lunch breaks while patients were still waiting to be seen.
What was most disappointing was the lack of communication or acknowledgment regarding the lengthy wait. No one apologized for the delay or provided any explanation.
Overall, I found the experience unprofessional and frustrating. Patients who are sick or in pain deserve better communication, care, and consideration. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this urgent care.

The lady at the front desk is not overly friendly she could use some retraining on how to greet and speak to the people. It wasn't that she was mean it's just a matter of fact type of greeting.
The nurse and the doctor on the other hand and I had Dr Wilkinson were fabulous if she could be my regular doctor I would have her she was thorough she was kind she was funny she had a great bedside manner she's a keeper.
The nurse was very sweet and kind I wish I could remember her name but she was an older little on the heavier side lady that I believe probably works with Dr Wilkinson very good at her job gave me a shot on my bottom didn't even feel it. This is my preferred urgent Care from now on.
