I was really impressed by the entire staff and experience with Molly Harrigan's practice. I particularly felt extremely confident in my treatment and follow up. She was not quick to just prescribe medicine and move me along. She helped with deciding on some action steps and to follow up in one week to make sure it is the right plan for me. I really appreciate how she listens and cares for the person as a whole.

Being anxious to find a new medical provider after being with my previous doctor for twenty some years, I was pleasantly please with my experience at First Medical Associates and especially with my provider Molly Harrigan. The staff was welcoming and polite. Office was well maintained, clean and comfortable. And, I can't say enough about Molly. She made me feel so at ease. During discussion of my health status, I was sure I had made a good decision in choosing Molly for my new medical provider. Looking forward to my next visit.

I had a fantastic first appointment with Molly Harrigan. She was extremely down to earth, helpful, kind, easy to communicate with, and knowledgeable. I've been a victim of medical gaslighting in the past, so it doesn't thrill me to see providers. However, my appointment couldn't have gone more smoothly. Everyone I dealt with at the office was amazing, from the front desk staff, 'triage' nurse, and incredible phlebotomist, to of course the awesome physician Assistant! Highly recommend.

I scheduled an appointment when I got to the appointment they collect my co-pay took me to my room then the doctor comes in and says sorry we can’t see you because you’re here for a sick visit. If they don’t take people for sick visits and they don’t test you for illnesses, then why wasn’t a phone call made to me before I drove all the way down there and why was I taken into the room to see the doctor just to have the doctor come in and say I can’t see you at that point she was already in the room and decided that she didn’t wanna see me? so at that point I was told I have to do a telehealth. We’re basically Dr. Harrington told not feeling well there’s nothing I can do for you as a primary care. They really need to get it together will no longer be seeing this doctor. Don’t waste your time.

I recently moved from Nebraska and am re-establishing care and was so worried about finding providers who would listen, be compassionate, and as informative as my last providers were; Molly was that and more. I am really looking forward to continuing to work with Molly as my PCP.
