The experience was alright, however I didn’t get much out of the visit. Will have to go for a second opinion because I don’t believe the medical provider was equipped to diagnose the issue. They didn’t even send the full prescription to the pharmacy and when I tried to contact them, they were unreachable.

The waiting room as very nice and clean. The ladies at the fronr desk were friendly, polite and very willing to help.
The doctor was amazing! She examined everything in detail, listened to all of my concerns and then explained everything. She was very professional, friendly, polite and welcoming. I highly recommend her

They told me that they were with ZocDoc three days. I booked the appointment and uploaded my insurance card. I should have been made aware that they didn’t take the insurance. It’s a huge inconvenience and I don’t understand why in the application they take the insurance and when I arrive they don’t. They had multiple people in the office listed on ZocDoc as a provider and non of them are. Something isn’t working right. Either the information that doctors are providing or what ZocDoc is providing. Something has to change. This is the second time it’s happened and it’s a huge waste of time.
