Dr. Bye was great. She listened to my concerns and mapped out a plan to help with my weight issues and to feel better overall. She was friendly, made it easy to discuss my concerns and considerate of both my time and hers. She was thorough and willingly offered different options to help. She also provided some good reading material to help with what I hope will be long-term sustainability and an understanding of hormones as we age. Thank you!

The office staff is exceptionally friendly and very considerate of your time as a patient! Dr. Bye listens and is very engaging and thorough with all of your needs! Highly recommend for primary care needs!

I’ve been in and out of various doctors offices for as long as I can remember, and I’ve never been as comfortable in them as I was at Tailored Care. The staff were friendly and efficient, the nurses were clear spoken and great conversationalists, and I was entirely comfortable in the office. That isn’t to say we didn’t get anything done, I’d say it ranks in my top 3 most productive appointments I’ve ever had in a medical office. I can confidently say that I will be going back.

Dr. Bye was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had several questions based on some prior research I had done and she was able to provide good perspective and address all my concerns. I also appreciate her helping me keep my costs low while I currently do not have health insurance.

There are not enough "STARS" to adequately rate Monica's services!! I have been using her now for four years, and if I ever moved, I would have to make special trips because she is irreplaceable. She is the "Jill of all" things a woman needs to look and feel her best. She is constantly growing to be able to offer her clients unlimited services. She truly cares about her clients and makes you feel like you are going to visit a close friend or sister. I can't say enough about Monica; she is a gem!

Dr. Monica Bye was very punctual, and very attentive to my teen boy who was not feeling very well. She has an amazing bedside manner, and is very knowledgeable. You can tell that she enjoys what she does for a living.

I love the new office. I was able to schedule my appointment quickly and didn’t have to wait months like my previous PCP. Dr. Bye was right on time and very efficient with my exam. I would highly recommend her!

Amazing service and attention to client!! Highly recommend the team here, it's a smaller practice so I felt especially cared for, which is something I missed when with previous practices.
