The providers image is not the person I had my appointment with. She was helpful and prescribed what I was looking for, however, I thought she specialized in Dermatology and she was in primary care which unfortunately was a huge disappointment as I had my physical with my PCP the day before and I thought I was meeting with a dermatologist.

I needed to get a new primary care, and I chose Monicah, she is a nurse practitioner, just by searching the Internet, who took my insurance, etc. I was a little nervous at first, not having feedback from my friends or family that I actually know, but it has worked out very well. I am very happy with Monica and I'm glad that I chose her.

Monicah was incredibly responsive, available, professional and persevered, with me, through some initial tech issues. She listened to my circumstance, worry, need, and request with real attunement and a solution-oriented pragmatism, which I really appreciated. She'd clearly read my reasons for reaching out in the first place before meeting while also meeting me, real-time, to assess what would be most supportive.
I am in-between insurance due to moving, and I was panicked after a medication I need to take daily ran out before I was able to re-establish primary care. While paying out of pocket is daunting and expensive, it was not prohibitive; and it enabled me to continue to care I need to survive.
Super grateful for this service; and very much to Monicah who was a really competent, kind, professional, and compassionate provider.
