She was very unprofessional and did not even take the time ensure that the medication prescribed was available for my kid (due to her age it was not) She insisted on using CVS who didn’t have access to the medication (at all not even in their warehouse ) I HAD it transferred to Walgreens and she never filled out my pre authorization for insurance to cover it, even though they sent it yo her twice! She failed to follow up and 2 weeks later no medication still! It was a tele visit so she basically got paid to take a3 minute face time call. She asked very few questions and I even had to send a message to remind her to send over the doctor note and the medication. If I could give her zero stars I would
