I was immediately put off by the receptionist short, unfriendly demeanor . ( the heavier one ) not sure if shes aware how put off she seems. On the way out I asked her about the crochet animal she was working on and she seemed much more friendly. Otherwise the trip was 5 stars .

I was going pleased with my visit, the health care professionals and staff. There were quite a few people in the waiting room that were seen efficiently. My only negative was the layout and space of the waiting room. It was a little tight.

Do not recommend going in the afternoon, they are way too busy. I was there two hours and with the doctor less than 15 minutes of that time. They answered my questions and were nice, but they moved so fast I didn’t have time to make a decision of whether to cut off a piece of my skin so I just decided to think about it and come back another day. Look I don’t have time to book another 3 hours off work and come back another day because you can’t spend 5 minutes with me to help me understand the process and what it may cost me. The nurse was more helpful than the doctor, so I won’t be back here. It feels like a skin factory line and I’d rather pay for something closer to a day spa.
