Dr.Koul is the funniest, sweetest, and most thorough doctor ever!! This was my first visit to her office for a regular annual, and she and her staff were the kindest ever! She's also great at making sure everything gets tested for that "just in case" moment, which really put me at ease. Dr. Koul also has the greatest beside manner, and she answered all of my questions about trying to conceive in the future with the kindest & most insightful advice. Definitely a keeper!!! ??????

Very excellent doctor, patient, explains things so they are easily understandable. There’s a reason why so many clients wait to see her and that’s because she’s excellent at what she does so don’t get bothered by waiting a few extra minutes, she’s worth it.

Waited for over an hour to be seen. They also only take cash which in my mind is extremely old school. I had to run to a corner store to get cash.
Don’t think I’ll come back. The office itself is not very nice and the wait is outrageous. She was very friendly for the 5 minutes i met her.

The waiting time was super long but it was due to an emergency that the doctor needed to assist with. Afterwards, all the staff and the doctor apologized for the delay and everything went fine. The doctor is very humble and professional, she makes you feel super comfortable and she is straight to the point. I would definitely recommend her and I will personally go back to her for further consultations.

Dr. Koul is absolutely wonderful and so is her assistant that took my weight and blood pressure. However, the ladies behind the desk were not very good. They did not make eye contact with me when I walked up to the desk. They did not ask me any questions. I proceeded to sign in ... waited a moment and then had to say, "excuse me, is there any paperwork I should be filling out as a new patient?" And then I was handed the forms as if it was an afterthought. I am not saying that they were totally rude since they seemed distracted with other things, but they seemed very nonchalant about their jobs and were not very good at multi-tasking. The patient is what keeps a medical practice in business and an unwelcoming staff is off-putting to any patient/customer.

The ladies at reception were very nice and highly efficient. I only waited about 10 minutes before I was seen. Dr. Koul was fast but attentive to any questions I had. I would definitely return to her offices if I need anything regarding OBGYN

Dr Mrinal Koul is a wonderful doctor. She is very direct in her approach and she makes sure all her patients concerns/questions are answered. She is a no-nonsense kinda person and that might make some feel like she rushes you but she does not. She is very patient and attentive.

Dr. Koul herself is a very nice doctor with good bedside manner. However, her office administration is just really bad. There was 1 day when she said she would call me back in 15 minutes with some important information and I was unable to hear from her for over a day. Her staff also does not seem to be in sync with each other as I had someone call me to confirm an appointment I no longer needed for an 8 week check up- which in itself was so distressing- that I had already previously cancelled. To cancel that appointment was also a hassle as I had to FAX a note on a Friday within the time frame of cancelling without penalty because their phone system was not working that ENTIRE day since I did not want to risk being charged. The office also does not have an email address or account, which I find very inconvenient in today's healthcare industry. They only have access to a fax machine 2 or 3 days a week- if you need something like a prescription faxed over right away, you are out of luck.
I am sorry to have had such a bad experience considering I was expecting a more satisfying one based on her reviews.
