Waited over an hour to be seen, was not notified prior that bloodwork couldn’t be completed and I’d have to return. Appointment felt rushed and disorganized. Everything I completed online, was asked again by the receptionist who took vitals to “complete”. Dr said “sorry” for the hour delay and proceeded to ask what I was there for as if not already on the system. Very short, lack of thrill or welcome to this new provider.

The doctor completed my annual visit very quickly. She did not perform an eye exam and only asked if I wear glasses, which I found a bit unusual. Otherwise, it was a standard routine appointment.
The medical assistant came in and immediately began asking medications without introducing herself. I had to ask who she was before she identified herself.
Overall, the appointment was okay, but nothing stood out as exceptional.

My experience with the doctor was amazing. She understood my needs, she made my first time feel like I've been with her for years. The team is so perfessional, polite, friendly and caring also made me feel welcome soon as I walked through the door. I found her on the internet because I needed a new doctor immediately. Yes, I'll be back and I'm bringing my son to see them to. Thank you for great service.

My experience was a pleasure, Dr was specific with answers that I had asked. Dr was very professional.
The Nurse and the rest of the staff was very helpful.
I only had 1 main concern. The floors in the examination rooms was very dirty. Swept, but not cleaned ??

I absolutely fell in love with the staff and then the doctor. I was extremely early for my appointment, thought it was another time, but they took me and the wait was not long. Staff was professional, polite and friendly. The doctor is every thing I was looking for in a primary. I recommended her to my daughter who is also looking for a primary. Once she heard me rave about my new doc she called to try and schedule an appointment!

I was nervous for so long about seeing a doctor after not seeing one since the pandemic. I got to the doctor's office and met with my schedule physician, and it didn't take long and wasn't in the waiting room at all. The staff was very friendly and helpful and eager to answer any of my questions.
