I loved her. She made me feel comfortable and wanted and cared for. Can’t wait to start this journey with her. I was scared to start with a dietician but she made it seem much less daunting than I originally thought it would be. A Godsend for sure.

Our nutrition practice specializes in counseling patients with a variety of medical conditions in the Houston, Texas area. We provide medical nutrition therapy to patients with Diabetes , Heart disease , High blood pressure , PCOS, Kidney disease and Childhood/Adolescent Nutrition Management. Together, we will overcome plateaus and life's hurdles with fun, inventive approaches to keep you feeling motivated and empowered. We can provide a customized menu to clients after conducting an initial assessment. We will work together after your initial visit to develop a meal plan that works for your condition.
We have a passion for the nutrition field which includes helping clients achieve their nutritional goals through behavior change and utilizing motivational interviewing and counseling. I believe that everyone deserves access to a healthy and nutritious lifestyle regardless of socioeconomic background or perceived societal norms.

I had to remind her to weight me. I felt like she wasn’t listening to my concerns about food. Appointments were really short and she was quiet without providing any feedback. Extremely unhelpful, waste of time and money.

Their website reminds you over and over that their time is not to be wasted (they charge you 75 for a missed appointment), and yet, I was waiting on a telehealth call for over 20 minutes before I grew frustrated and hung up the phone. I will NOT be returning to this practice.
