“I had a great experience; surprisingly, I have to go back for a follow-up appointment. That was the newest thing, because most urgent care facilities do not call you back for a follow-up. They might call you to see how you're feeling, but not for an appointment. I found that interesting, so I will attend my appointment. ”

The exam room was disgusting. I have never seen a doctors office in such an unsanitary condition.

The workers were all professional . And the doctor listened to what was my complain and then we made a decision together.

Waited for 3 hours and was never seen by the doctor. I left without being seen.
What stood out was the attentiveness of the staff and how they answered all my questions.

Did their best at a busy time, and got me out and onto the road for recovery.

I ended up waiting much longer than I should have because I was not told there was an electronic check-in. Then the office did not send my tests out properly.

I usually don’t write reviews, but this was beyond awful. I originally booked an appointment to get a test for my work, and then scheduled a follow up for two days later. I came to the clinic as scheduled, only to find that it was closed. I rescheduled, and was told that it was too late to read the test and I would have to get it done a second time. I went to schedule a follow up, but none of the dates available worked, so I had to pay for a third test and multiple appointment fees. I had to pay twice as much all in all for something that could have been solved with a little communication. Very disappointed, would not recommend.
No one was even in office I walked 30 minutes to get there and the office was closed when it clearly stated it was open on multiple websites. Incredibly unprofessional

I booked an appointment for urgent care and wasn’t seen by the doctor until 2 hours after my appointment time. The doctor was friendly, good listener, but was she didn’t know the active ingredients in the over-the-counter medication she recommended to me, which made it hard to trust.
There’s a disconnect between Zocdoc and the provider. Zocdoc and Nao medical sent me multiple separate notifications via text and requests for filling out forms and guess what, once I arrived at Nao medical I had to fill in more forms. So yeah, this is not a good experience. At Nao medical, we went to get flu shots. The person administering the shot took a long time injecting me and my poor 4 year old son. I didn’t get a bandaid because they didn’t seen blood immediately so they made a decision that I didn’t need one. When it was my son’s turn, this person stuck him with the needle, waited, and injected a little bit of the vaccine and so then had to inject him again with the rest and it was still slow. He was bleeding and crying. And he never cries at the pediatrician when he gets injections. Not going back there with my son.
My appointment was at 1pm and when I arrived, I was told that there was only one provider working and they’d just left for their lunch break. I was confused why I was able to make an appointment for 1pm if there was nobody working. I was finally seen at 2:30. I wouldn’t bother making an appointment through ZocDoc, just call the clinic and see if someone’s working and drop-in. It would have saved me a lot of time to do that.

The idea of speaking to someone virtually to check-in when I have an in person appointment is wild. There was a person at the desk and she directed me to the PC and my immediate thought was to say no, but I did it and the audio was not the greatest. It was clear the virtual person, English was not her first language so she had to repeat herself a few times. I will not be doing that again. The bathroom was horrendous. It clearly needs to be repaired and the toilet was filthy. There were no paper towels in there and even if there were, the dispenser for it could not be used because it was rusty. The staff member that drew my blood he was nervous, but very kind and kept making sure that I was ok.

I booked an appointment, and the office was closed when we arrived. I called the main number, waited on hold for 15 minutes, and was then told there was no doctor to come in today. I was never contacted ahead of time by the prover about this.
The doctor said that my pain was not due to infection. She said it is dental, not medical. She said it’s due to a block. She recommended that I go to a dentist so I did. The dentist said the pain was caused by inflammation. I should point out, that dental is in fact, medical.

Feel very weird and dizziness, and even though we couldn’t figure out a diagnosis, I was taken seriously, and felt like I didn’t have to fight for tests to be run.
Verified patient
The doctor took the time to list and explain what could cause the symptoms, and detailed the different treatments based on what the PCR test would show.

Ridiculously long wait time for an urgent care. People who arrived after me were seen first. The facility was uncomfortably warm, and I felt sicker by the minute when I was sitting there. Somehow I was automatically booked for a follow up appointment which is unheard of in an urgent care facility since the purpose of my visit was a one time health concern that I needed addressed ASAP.
Well manner, and fast

This office is filthy and the Doctor arrived almost 2 hours after the office opened an hour and 40 mins after the appointment time. The floors are filthy and the examination table step was black and filthy it did not appear as though there is daily cleaning and a medical office should be immaculate! I will never go back to this office not being clean is hazardous!
They overrall were decent. The front desk person was the most helpful. The ppl who accept you in the back seemed new to medicine which was ok but one was very scared to choose a vain to stick needle in. For someone else that could be scary. The dr Didnt have enough of what he needed to continue to treat my ear so prescribed me an over the counter drug that Ofcourse the pharmacy didn’t fill cause you could get it on your own. Yet I waited a hr in line. Overall for someone who has a deductible it did seem like a waste of my money and my most interesting urgent care visit. But to each its own
I was happy with my urgent care appointment as I didn't want to go to the emergency room at the hospital. I checked in smoothly: and was called within the hour to take my vital signs for which I was very pleased. Overall I am very happy with the Sunday service, and won't hesitate to use them again should the need arise and off course refer them to family and friends,

My appointment was at 9 AM. The office did not open until 930 at which point the receptionist had to open her computer which took another 15 minutes then. Then she informed us that they were waiting upon a provider they may not have a provider for the day. The provider I saw was a PA at, although I explained to her my severe asthma. She gave me a Covid test which was negative strep test, which was negative and sent me a bond my way unfortunately I had to visit the ER in order to find some relief for my breathing issues. In addition, The bathroom was not the cleanest.?

Long wait time. The front desk has been understaffed the two times I’ve gone and usually has a bunch of people waiting for help. I waited for an hour to get back to an appointment I was 10 minutes early to… ended up leaving because I did not have the time to wait.
Friendly receptionist
My experience was very fast and convenient,
