I made an appointment for 11:30 am, of which the office was unaware when I arrived. The office seemed understaffed. I was not seen until 12:10. When the provider entered the exam room, he did not introduce himself nor indicate what type of provider he was. (I still do not know.) His communication style was curt. I received no discharge instructions. I made no follow up appointment, but I later received a text saying that one had been scheduled for a week from today (without consulting me).
I obviously will not be returning.

The Dr that saw me today had no empathy. I had pain on my right side and because I had chills he asked me if I do drugs?? Really? I have been there before with other Dr's and never had an issue. I felt really uncomfortable with this Dr didnt felt cared for and didn't want to continue with him seeing me.

The front desk person was not there . Office supposed to open at 9am. People either appt for 9:00am left outside waiting for staff to come.
No announcements about delay even though doctor was already in the office.

The worst medical office I have ever experienced.
My first visit was scheduled on 05/09 at 8am, the office wasn't even open when I arrived at 7:45. Had to wait in the street until the office staff arrived around 8:30.
My follow up visit the next day 05/10, was scheduled at 9am. The same thing happened again, when I arrived at 8:45 the office was not open, waited in the street until the doctor came to let me wait in the waiting room.He could not see me until the office staff arrived after 9:40
What is the point of making an appointment online when the office does not adhere to its office hours. Totally unacceptable, will never go back

I would encourage them to make an appointment first, either by phone or online, and then show up at the right time or earlier if they're a new patient. Also, make sure you have your phone with you to fill out the preliminary application online. Bring any questions or concerns with you -- they are very knowledgeable and helpful. I was suffering from horrible hayfever/allergies and they helped me breathe again!
