About Dr. Naomi Twigg
Dr. Naomi Twigg is a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Family Medicine. She earned her Bachelor's degree from Millersville University, followed by a Master's in Nursing and a PhD in Nursing Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago. In 2012, she completed her PhD and worked for several years in academia and research. While serving on the faculty at UIC, Dr. Twigg was recognized as one of the top nurses in Illinois, receiving the 40 Under 40 Emerging Nurse Leaders award in 2016. She later completed her Doctorate in Family Nursing at Rush University and began practicing at Quintessential Care in 2020. Dr. Twigg believes that delivering quality health care involves effective communication, coordination of care, and collaboration with patients' health care teams.

I was nervous to find a new doctor in my area but I really was lucky my first try! I booked an appointment with Naomi Twigg initially for just a quick prescription refill. We ended up talking about it more and reassessing what wasn’t working, what was, how I felt, etc. She was very caring and you could tell she was trying to help, not just sign a paper and off I go. I will be booking future appointments with her for sure!

Dr. Twigg and everyone in the office was very accommodating and friendly. The whole appointment and process was efficient but never did I feel rushed. Dr. Twigg was genuinely interested in hearing my answers and took the time to understand and address any of my concerns whereas some of my doctors in the past would make me feel like I was asking silly questions and are dismissive towards my concerns. I've switch to Dr. Twigg as my PCP.

Dr. Twigg was absolutely wonderful! It was my first time seeing her as a new patient and I came in with a long laundry list of things to discuss. She took the time to really listen to all of my concerns and was extremely patient with me. I felt as if I had already known her! She is very kind and sweet and is definitely a knowledgable physician. I’m looking forward to my follow up appointment with her in a few months! I highly recommend Dr. Naomi Twigg!

Dr. Twigg was fantastic! The appointment was thorough and not rushed at all. She addressed all my concerns (and I had a lot). She went through what medications she thought I would need and why and I understood and agreed with her. I would visit her again.

My experience was great. Dr. Twigg provided great care. I was also seen as soon as I arrived (slightly before my apt) and the staff was friendly.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Naomi Twigg! I'm a new patient and this was my first appointment with her. The office staff was very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Twigg was thorough in her examination, great bedside manner, answered all my questions thoroughly. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Twigg as a PCP provider.

This was my first time seeing Naomi and would recommend HER as a provider. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. However, I was very disappointed in the turnaround of my lab results. When you are in pain, you want to know what’s wrong as soon as possible. I saw her on a Wednesday afternoon and she expressed that my lab results should be available the next day. 2 days later and still no lab results. I will now have to wait throughout the weekend and hope for lab results on Monday which is unacceptable but I realize she has no control over the lab.
She is great but if you are in pain and need lab results asap, i would not recommend her office. You are better off going to Urgent Care.

Dr. Twigg was a great doctor. I felt comfortable talking to her and undergoing the exam. The receptionist was friendly and the forms I filled out on Zocdoc went through. It was as good as going to a new doctor ever can be.
