Office staff was EXTREMELY RUDE! The lady at the front desk talk to me like I was dumb, called me a liar and told me she would bill me because my insurance would decline. I then called my insurance and they said that wasn’t true and she was still being extremely rude, cutting me off and blantantly was talking about me in a different language to someone else. EXTREMELY RUDE. The wait time was absolutely ridiculous. My appointment was for 3:40, I didn’t get called to the back until 5:25. Two patients who came after me was called in before me, but when I walked in, no one was in the waiting room, so clearly they skipped over me. This is my first and absolute last visit here! NEVER AGAIN!! I hadn’t even seen the doctor and I have so much negative things to say about his practice. He was extremely nice though.

I had great experience and my appointment went great ! Dr.Ibrahim was awesome , he took his time listening to my concerns and requested the required tests . He explained to me everything regarding my condition and answered all my questions .He was very professional and his nurse was great too ! I will highly recommend him !!
