Natalia Ramirez, PA-C, CAQ-Psych, provides psychiatric evaluations and medication management by video in English and Spanish for adults in Florida and Connecticut. She works with patients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, panic attacks, and other mood or attention concerns.
A South Florida native trained at Florida State University, Natalia has more than four years of outpatient psychiatry experience. She welcomes adults seeking care for the first time, looking for a fresh review of their medications, or continuing treatment with a new provider.

What should a new client know about working with you?
You’re welcome to speak with me in English or Spanish, whichever feels more comfortable. I’ll take time to understand what’s been difficult, what you’ve already tried, and what you’d like to change. If you have questions about starting, switching, or continuing medication, we’ll talk through your options in plain language and decide together what makes sense for you.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
At your first visit, we’ll talk about your symptoms, how they affect your daily life, and your medical and mental health history. If you’ve taken medication before, we’ll review what helped and whether you had side effects. We’ll leave the visit with a plan that may include medication, further evaluation, or practical changes that support your goals.
At follow-up visits, we’ll review what’s improving, what’s still getting in the way, and whether your treatment plan needs adjusting.

I have been Natalia’s patient for several years now, and I could not be happier with the excellent quality of care that she provides. Natalia always listens carefully to what I have to say and she is extremely thorough. There are some people who come into your life and make an impact that is difficult to put into words. Natalia is one of those people for me.
Since I started seeing her, she has made such a meaningful difference in my life. She has been there through some difficult moments and has always met me with patience, compassion, and understanding. I never feel like just another patient. I feel heard, respected, and genuinely cared for.
Natalia has helped me understand myself, and recognize how far I’ve come. I’m still on my journey, but I can truly see the growth in myself, and I’m incredibly grateful to have her supporting me along the way.
If you’re looking for a psychiatrist who genuinely cares about her patients, listens without judgment, and makes you feel comfortable being yourself, I would highly recommend Natalia. She has truly been such an important part of my journey.

I had an incredibly positive experience with Natalia . From the beginning, I felt like I was truly being listened to and that my concerns were taken seriously. Natalia was extremely attentive, patient, and thorough, and I never felt rushed during my visit.
It’s honestly rare for me to leave a medical appointment feeling this heard and confident about the care I received. Since starting the current treatment plan, I’ve been feeling significantly better, and I’m very grateful for the difference it has made.
