This appointment lasted all of five minutes. I had genuine concern and questions over a rash that has persisted for three weeks. Instead of being asked any questions or offered any semblance of thoroughness, I was simply given a prescription steroid, which I explained that I had already tried and it didn’t work. The office was extremely cold and corporate feeling, to the point that it almost felt dystopian. There were a ton of employees all yapping to each other unprofessionally, cursing aloud etc. I felt invisible. I did not feel like any care was given to the appointment.

Wonderful office from front desk to doctors! Very pleasant atmosphere. Warm greetings when I first walked in, less than 5 minutes of wait time both in the waiting room and examining room, and my concerns were addressed immediately. Natalie and Jessica were both wonderful and professional. Excellent bedside manners! ??

Office receptionist and assistant were very pleasant but the provider herself NOT at all. Even after asking I left the office unsure of length of treatment. Provider doesn’t elaborate and is not someone I’d prefer to deal with. Will be going elsewhere
