Our first visit will focus on getting to know you. We’ll review your current symptoms, mental health history, medical history, medications, lifestyle factors, and what you’re hoping to improve. From there, we’ll discuss treatment options, including whether medication may be helpful. Follow-up visits are used to check on your progress, make adjustments when needed, and continue supporting your overall mental health.
