About Dr. Nathan Schwartz

Nathan Schwartz, DPM is a board-certified foot and ankle surgeon with extensive clinical, academic, and leadership experience. He has served as Chief of Surgery, Residency Director, and Chief of the Podiatry Section at a major hospital system, and has held academic appointments as an Associate Professor of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Schwartz is a nationally and internationally recognized lecturer on surgical and diagnostic ultrasound and holds three U.S. medical patents. He is the editor and author of Diagnostic Ultrasound of the Foot and Ankle published by McGraw-Hill and has authored numerous peer-reviewed surgical publications. He also serves in leadership roles with national podiatric organizations and as an examiner for board certification.
