The overall experience was disappointing due to poor organization within the office. Stronger administrative practices are needed to ensure efficient patient processing and care. Additionally, the wait times were excessively long.
After completing my test, I was informed that I would need to return in person to receive my results. In 2025, this is unacceptable, especially in light of HIPAA regulations. A more efficient approach would be to provide digital access to results through a secure portal or encrypted messaging.
Overall, I would not highly recommend this facility.
