I was upset but a friend highly recommended your practice, and I needed a dr to clear me surgery.
Finally after I made the appointment and got the confirmation, it was not with Dr Patel and it was in the Boca office. I called back and spoke with Julia and she told me Dr Patel doesn’t work Friday’s . After I explained my situation she changed my appointment to the Delray office and told me that Dr Grewal was very good.
I just want you to know as a new patient your scheduler should have been more willing to help me and want me to come to your practice”
