Dr. Moghbeli is a general cardiologist who treats both men and women and is Director of the Cardiac Care Unit at Einstein Medical Center. She was the founder and director of the first Penn Women’s Cardiovascular Center at Pennsylvania Hospital, and continued these efforts as associate director of women’s cardiovascular health at Penn Radnor prior to joining Einstein. She received her medical and public health degrees at Johns Hopkins University, in Baltimore. Dr. Moghbeli completed a residency in internal medicine at Harvard, and a cardiovascular fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania. She is board-certified in cardiology, echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, and advanced heart failure and transplant. Her research has been published in peer-reviewed journals and she continues to develop and teach courses in the medical humanities.
