“Dr. Medeiros is a terrific chiropractor, especially when it comes to low back issues. First off, it's easy to get an appointment, usually the same day. His easy-going manner and calm presence makes one feel comfortable immediately. He listens well, without talking down to you. He also explains things clearly, without a lot of technical jargon, and his techniques made me feel better right away. He's also great about providing exercises I can do myself, Add to that a friendly, helpful office manager and you can't beat this practice for comfort, convenience and results. I recommended Dr. Medeiros to my wife, and her side pain hasn't returned. ”

About Dr. Neil Medeiros
Dr. Neil came to chiropractic via an interesting path - initially starting his career as an attorney in California, where he practiced for over 10 years. However, he didn’t feel like he was able to truly help people in a way that he found meaningful.
Dr. Neil’s mother was a physical therapist, and so he grew up learning about anatomy and rehab exercises, and he soon developed a passion for physiology and the human body. After enduring a car accident in his 20s, it was chiropractic care that helped him to finally achieve full resolution of his injuries.
So, he decided on a career in chiropractic and moved to Portland in order to attend the University of Western States. He completed his education with a six-month clerkship at the VA Hospital in Portland, and graduated Summa Cum Laude.
He is excited to finally be helping people in ways that he finds meaningful – improving their health and well-being, and getting them back to doing the things that they love to do. And he is looking forward to working with you!
Outside of the office, Dr. Neil loves to spend time with his wife and family, and chase his toddler around. He loves hiking, cars, yoga, golf, and exploring the Pacific Northwest.

I always enjoy my visits here. Both the doctor and his staff greet me with smiles and a readiness to help, and I can usually schedule an appointment within a day -- sometimes the same day. Dr. Medeiros is a skilled professional who is friendly, compassionate and doesn't talk down to me. He also listens well and recommends self-care that's easy to follow.
Best of all, I always feel better after a visit, whether it's for low back pain or something else. He's just down the street from where I live, so it's convenient to go there.

This was my first visit to this business and I'm impressed. Easy to find snd park, and they welcomed me right away.
Dr. Neil is great! Friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk to, using terminology I can understand. I didn't feel rushed and he took time to listen to my concerns. At my initial appointment, he evaluated me more thoroughly than other chiropractors I've seen in the past. He had me do various resistance and moving motions which were new to me, and then he did an adjustment during the same appointment.
I felt better the next day, and he gave me a list of stretches I could do on my own. I highly recommend him because his approach works.

Dr Neil is a thoughtful listener, he is patient and allows a solid time for appointments. Some providers I"ve seen tend to focus on patient turn over rate rather than time focusing on patient concerns. He is very knowledgeable and asked questions getting to the route of concerns, rather than just providing adjustments and rushing you out the door.
