Saw him right away, gave me a diagnosis in 15 minutes, took his prescribed medicine, by the followup I felt fine. Did have to wait a bit in the waiting room for the followup, but that was the only negative thing I can say and he was delayed because the patient he was seeing before me had much worse troubles than me.

Out of the 10+ times I have came to the astoria office, without fail I have to wait over 60 mins every single time. They do not honor appointment times. The doctor however, is very good and was the reason I kept coming back. However, today I had to leave without seeing the doctor because I had somewhere to be in an hour. I will not be coming back anymore. I can not afford to keep wasting my time here.

The office does not look like a medical office, it looks dirty and antiquated. Waited for over 1 hours even though I had an appointment. The waiting area was full of people waiting. The doctor saw me for less than 10 minutes. Did not ask relevant questions or showed interest on what I had to say about my condition. I overheard the staff having arguments with people over the phone. In overall, I would not visit this practice again.

Dr. Prufer‘s office is easy to find and the staff is very welcoming. I? was seen almost right away (after I? filled out my forms). Dr. Prufer was really nice and answered all my questions. I? felt very comfortable and did not feel rushed, like you do in some doctors offices. The woman administering my hearing test was delightful. I? would definitely return if I? need a follow up or have any other concerns .

Super long wait to be seen, with a TV in the waiting room, so I couldn't even concentrate on reading to pass the wait time.
Aside from that, Dr. Prufer was professional and thorough.

The staff was so incredibly rude- i have never been treated so badly by a professional office before in my life. Plus their office is in a dank basement that has not cell service or wifi- so you will have to wait the incredibly long wait time watching the weather channel.
There is nothing nice I can say- this was a complete waste of time- my concerns were not even properly addressed.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR!
