About Nguyet Duong

We are not a gynecology office; however, we perform basic GYN exams such as Pap smears and STD testing. Due to this, your PCP must be changed on your insurance card prior to the visit.
Please cancel your appointment within 24 hours of booking if you are not planning to attend.
I hold a Master’s in Nursing from Long Island University, Brooklyn.

The staff is friendly, kind and very receptive. The place is clean and neat to a tee. They give you every important information and do not withhold anything. Nguyet Duong, NP is amazing. In addition to her stellar credentials, she is a kind and empathetic person. She took good care of me and treated me very well. I really look forward to my follow up visit in four weeks.

I went here on 5/30 for an ear infection and while Doc seemed kind, she was very dismissive of the issue at hand and decided to make my appointment about weight loss instead. I explained that I had a separate Doc for that, but she kept going on about dieting and exercise. During the appointment, I never mentioned anything regarding my weight, only my ear because that’s why I even made the appointment. The Doc checked my ear for 5 min and then spent the next 12 mins talking about my weight. Even when I was trying to inquire more about preventive measures regarding my ear, she was still dismissive and heavily focused on my weight. The Doc had the nerve to ask the nurse to set up a 3-month follow-up for weight….despite my emphasizing that my ear infection was the issue here, not my weight. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend her since she couldn’t stay on topic and was extremely invasive regarding my weight despite saying serval times I’m working on it with a different doctor. My rate 1.5/5

Go here for your healthcare needs If you need a primary care provider, or just want to get a second opinion, or you’re tired of feeling like just another patient at your current PCP office, GO HERE! I am a Nurse and I needed a pre surgery physical last minute, because I’m having cataract surgery done The surgeons office told me this, 4 days prior to my surgery Not only did she squeeze me in, I got the most thorough and personalized physical I ever have had Bloodwork, all the normal Head to Toe assessments, urinalysis. EKG, etc She and her staff were kind, and provided education as well as literature to take with me, and read at home regarding diet, heart health, and self care They also faxed off all of my paperwork and scheduled a follow up without me asking 5 stars Go here Better than any doctor I’ve been to

I went to this office to see Nguyet Duong NP, and while my first visit and follow up were pleasant, there were things I noticed and upon returning with my wife, that were extremely upsetting and therefore will no longer return to this office EVER. There is absolutely NO patient privacy with the way this office is set up which is risking our basic HIPAA rights. I was able to overhear other patients medical history and complaints from the waiting room and while they were checking in. Furthermore, if you are from the LGBTQ community, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, as there is lack of competency when treating our population. Inappropriate comments were made and by far insulting, and we left there feeling unsettled and abused by the NP.

The doctor is so patient and speaks very calmly which made me feel very comfortable. She asked all the right questions right before being seen. Both her and her assistant were extremely nice and respectful. I like the fact that I could see her on a weekend which there are very few doctors that are opened. I was seen immediately after I filled out the documents. I would recommend anyone to see her.

Very patient, kind, and knowledge - above and beyond service and a definite recommend! I came in for a pap smear and breast exam and when she found lumps in my breast she referred me to a radiology clinic nearby that took my insurance. She even helped refer me to a physical therapist when I offhandedly mentioned I had sciatica; she printed out several that took my insurance as well as prescribed me pain medication and this was even unrelated to my OBGYN exam. Excellent experience! Got my birth control prescription refilled too ??

Excellent. From the appointment was made I was received a courteous call, which continued when I went to the office. The staff is very professional, welcoming and polite. I was not rushed out the office, but attended to. I was asked questions politely. I felt like there was a genuine concern about my health.
