Dr. Nichola Patton, DNP, MSN, MBA, AGACNP-BC, is a board-certified Adult-Geriatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and U.S. Air Force and Naval Officer Veteran, originally from London, England.
She graduated with honors from Emory University’s prestigious Nurse Practitioner program and brings over 20 years of healthcare experience to her practice. During her military career, Dr. Patton served as Director of Clinical Operations in the U.S. Navy and was selected to lead and manage the medical clinic at Andrews Air Force Base, where she oversaw multidisciplinary teams, upheld rigorous clinical standards, and advanced care delivery in a high-demand federal healthcare environment. In recognition of her exceptional leadership and sustained excellence, she was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for superior performance.

I needed medication urgently before traveling and was able to schedule an appointment with Dr. Patton at NP Healthcare Group at 5:00 a.m., which honestly meant so much to me. I work night shifts, so my schedule is completely different from most people’s, and Dr. Patton truly accommodates patients with all kinds of schedules.
Despite how early it was, she was incredibly kind, attentive, and unhurried. You would never guess it was that early in the morning—she showed no signs of being tired and really took the time to understand what I needed and what would be most helpful for my treatment. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, without ever feeling rushed.
I’m genuinely impressed and so grateful. Highly, highly recommend!
