Everything went very smoothly; the new appointment management and bill-paying systems have really paid off. In the past, I've often had long waits to be seen, but this time was very quick. (Admittedly, it was generally less busy than usual partly because one doctor in the practice had just retired and Dr Anderson was the only doc in the office that morning.)
This was a follow-up visit and my exam, consultation, and treatment went very quickly and with good spirits all around.
