Nicole is a very personable and extremely knowledgeable professional. As a 60+ client who was having difficulty losing weight she was very helpful in her suggestions/ recommendation, regarding weight loss. She helped me to understand the importance of what to eat, when to eat and the addition of exercise into my weight loss plan. I've lost 25 lbs. I'm down from an XL to med. in clothing. I've eliminated one Blood Pressure medication, and my energy level has increased remarkably! No more afternoon naps for me!

Nicole is extremely kind, patient, empathetic and knowledgeable. I have been experiencing digestive issues for several years now and decided it was high time to seek professional help. I was tired of suffering with abdominal pain on a reoccurring basis. During my session with Nicole, she went over my medical and dietary history in great detail and was able to give me recommendations right away. I have since put her plan into motion and am happy to report I am already experiencing relief! I am certain that her advice will help me long-term.

Nicole Ciullo, RD, LDN, is a registered and licensed dietitian with over 14 years of experience in the field of dietetics. She graduated from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 2001 with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Nutrition. Throughout her career, Nicole has worked with infants, adolescents, adults, and the geriatric population in an effort to promote optimal nutritional health at all ages. As a young girl growing up in South Jersey, Nicole struggled with her own weight and realized during her teenage years that proper diet and exercise were key in attaining a healthy weight and being fit. It was because of her own battle that Nicole decided to major in Nutrition with the hopes of helping others in the future.
Currently, Nicole provides individual counseling sessions to patients seeking assistance with weight management and all aspects of medical nutrition therapy including, but not limited to:

Nicole is great. She is knowledgeable and informative. She gave me a lot useful suggestions. She asks questions which are key to tracking issues. Today was my first session with her and I've already made healthy changes
in my nutrition. I look forward to a healthier and leaner me with Nicole's guidance.
