What should a new client know about working with you?

I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC). I obtained my Master of Nursing Science degree from Walden University (2022) and a Bachelor of Nursing Science Degree from Ohio University (2012). I have 22 years of nursing experience in both medical and mental health services. I am passionate about providing quality, comprehensive mental health services to patients across the lifespan. I have experience outpatient and inpatient settings. I have provided care to patients with diverse set of psychiatric disorders including Treatment Resistant Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Schizophrenia, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Post-Traumatic Stress disorder. I possess strong clinical skills enhanced by my inherent ability to build rapport with patients and families.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I utilize evidence-based guidelines, subjective and objective information, and my clinical experience to provide each patient with a dynamic and individualized mental health care plan. I will meet you where you are and work with you and your mental health care team to improve your mental health.
