About Dr. Nicole Eckert
Dr. Nicole Eckert is a dedicated chiropractor with a strong foundation in science and athletics. Born and raised in Essex County, Dr. Eckert earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Skidmore College and was also a member of the Skidmore Women’s Lacrosse team. Her experience as an athlete helped her develop a deep appreciation for movement, strength, performance, and injury prevention. She went on to receive her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College, and incorporates a range of evidence-informed techniques in practice. She practices diversified adjustment techniques and incorporates flexion-distraction, soft tissue massage, and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization.
