Nicole began her healthcare journey by earning her Doctorate in Chiropractic from Parker College in Dallas, Texas, in 2007. Specializing in musculoskeletal injuries, she gained valuable expertise in pain relief and overall well-being.
Recognizing the importance of expanding her expertise, Nicole pursued further education. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Hardin-Simmons University in 2009, setting the stage for her transformative journey. In 2011, she achieved her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Samford University in Birmingham, AL, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a remarkable 3.93 GPA.

If I could leave zero stars for this office staff, I would. The absolute RUDEST and most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. Doctor referred me to a specialist due to abnormal blood work. Not only did this take 3 months to get in with the specialist, it took 3 months for the office to FINALLY send over my paperwork so the specialist could see me. If they would have sent the paperwork when they originally said they would, I would not have had to wait 3 months. On top of this, they blamed me and stated that I was the reason the paperwork was not send over even though it’s NOT my job. It took my calling multiple times a week for them to do something about anything. I do not recommend going here all because of the staff. Absolutely terrible.

Saw the provider she introduced herself to me and she listened to my lungs and heart and then said I’ll see you when your labs come back. she spent less than 5minutes with me. This will be my only time attending this facility.

I saw Dr. Matysiak and I couldn't be happier with my experience! I haven't been to a doctor in years and she made me feel so comfortable and empowered to make a plan together to get my diabetes under better control. She was kind, empathetic, and understanding. All staff were friendly and helpful, especially the girls at the front desk. Very happy to have found a good PCP!

I had a really great experience! The office sent a text reminder about my appointment, along with an email with my new-patient paperwork. The office staff were very friendly, and Nicole saw me right on time. She really listened to me and provided a useful treatment plan, including next steps if I need more care. Dr.Matysiak saw me right away. I waited a max of 7 mins but a huge part of that was me filing out paperwork so without paperwork 3 mins. Staff super friendly. The front office worker greeted me right away and already had my appt info pulled up. The young lady that took my vitals was nice as well. Overall really nice experience. Now I will mention this the medical center itself is daunting. Little too warehouse but overall the visit went well.

Nicole started off distant when I visited the clinic to establish a new doctor and refill my ADHD medication after relocating from TN. Initially, I felt judged, almost like being seen as a drug seeker for requesting a vital medication that's stabilized my life for 3 years. Only after confirming in the drug system that I wasn't there for illegitimate reasons did she become nicer. Nicole, working under a doctor unfamiliar with my case, suggested halving my dosage without understanding my history. The excuse of the doctor being "old-fashioned" (per the office staff) felt unacceptable. However, the most frustrating part was the office staff’s disorganization. Despite multiple requests, Terri, the receptionist, failed to send me necessary documents to sign so that she could request my medical records, leading to an unnecessary expense and a canceled appointment due to
documents not being given until and hour or so before my appointment . I just gave up in the end. Super stressful.

Nicole and Dr Rogers are superb. They gave me all the referrals that I asked for. Their office is very clean and well equipped. Dr Rogers joined my appointment and spent lots and lots of time with me. Nicole and Dr Rogers addressed all of my concerns. The staff gave me extra time to get in all the referral requests and lab tests that I wanted. I am very excited to be in the hands of Dr Rogers and Nicole. I hemmed and hawed about whom to choose and chose Nicole and Dr Rogers b\c their ratings on zocdoc were so high. I am so glad I went with them. I have significant medical challenges in my life right now, so finding a great pcp is key to my life goals and I blv I have found what I'm looking for.

I am SOO happy I found Dr. Nicole as my primary care provider. She's truly a gem in the medical field. Her care and attention to detail is obviouss and I can't ask for a better doctor. She really takes the time to listen to my concerns and is super thorough in her evaluations. I've never felt rushed during my appointments, and that's something I really appreciate.
Dr. Nicole also has a way of explaining complex medical stuff in a way that I can understand, which is a big plus for me. It's clear that she genuinely cares about her patients and their well-being. I trust her completely with my healthcare.
Plus+ the staff at her office is fantastic too, always making the whole experience a positive one.
I couldn't recommend Dr. Nicole more - she's a 5-star in my book!
