The Nurse Practitioner had a lot of basic information on pregnancy however this isn’t a personal experience at all, every staff member (expect for the nurse practitioner)I dealt with had an attitude and gave unclear & general instructions throughout the whole process. I was really just looking for a nice warm environment to gather as much information as possible for my case scenario so I can enjoy and have a healthy pregnancy but instead it just made me very uneasy.

TLDR: 11/10 would strongly recommend!
After a very unpleasant experience at another doctor's office, I was admittedly feeling uneasy and discouraged when I walked in for my appointment.. but that was all quickly quieted when I arrived. Nicole was so kind and so attentive. She actively listened to my concerns and was extremely thorough with her feedback and examination. I felt so well taken care of that I literally cried of relief and gratitude.

The wait was long, waited about a hour. But once I was seen, everything was great. NP Nicole was super nice and made sure to ask me if I had any questions or things I wanted to bring up. I was there for my annual check up. She recommended me a probiotic, which they had samples of. Was given a prescription for antibiotics and was good to go.

The office was very professional and clean. The admin team was kind upon my arrival.The doctor and her assistants were attentive and courteous when they saw me. The doctor was efficient with her time with me and was very communicative through the online messaging post appointment which helped ease my anxieties as I waited for test results. I would recommend seeing Dr. Cohen for your gynecology appointment.
