My overall experience was great. The staff was very friendly and prompt. My appointment started on time and I did not have to wait long to see my provider.
PA Nikayla made me feel very comfortable during my appointment. They mentioned everything they would do before doing it. They were very personable and gave multiple opportunities for me to ask questions.

Friendly staff and provider. I did find it odd that my vitals were not obtained at all, and a physical exam was not performed. I did get an ultrasound, so that may have doubled as the “exam”. It didn’t feel like a full comprehensive visit, though, due to that.
Provider was knowledgeable, friendly and made things easy to understand.
