Waited forever for PA to get on the video appointment. When we finally connected, PA said she would prescribe me medication. When I called the office, they claimed that PA never offered to prescribe medication (which I have been taking for over a decade). This is definitely incorrect as I took notes during the call on everything PA Hirani said. When I explained the situation to the office, they claimed that they had just spoken to PA Hirani, who claims to have never offered to prescribe me my medication. This is simply untrue and the office made this worse by being rude and condescending and insinuating that I was lying about a conversation I distinctly remember happening. Not sure if the PA forgot who I was, or if she was just lying, but I will never go here again. 1 star.
