Getting to know Dr. Nisha Pradeep
I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a Master's in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. I have 15 years of experience working with adults and the geriatric population in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings. I am skilled in providing care to individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I offer psychiatric evaluation and medication management via tele health ( HIPPA compliant video) for New York State residents. You can have the consultation with me in the comfort of your home. My treatment plans are evidenced based and individually tailored to treat a range of issues including but not limited to ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, insomnia and other mood disorders. Comprehensive evaluation will be done during the initial visit to develop a treatment plan. We will work together to develop a pharmacologic and nonpharmacologic treatment that is best for you.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
All patients will be required to undergo a 10 minute free consultation by phone prior to their scheduled initial appointment (I will reach out to you). I will email a you a secure link to complete forms after the initial free consultation and patients are required to complete them 24 hrs prior to their first Zocdoc appointment.
